The Toronto Public Library needed to find a new reason for people to want to drop by. Books just aren't doing it these days - but what else did they have to offer?

Digital signs that are equipped with a decibel meter (cool tech-speak for a $20 gadget that tells you how loud it is) remind people just how noisy it can really get in Toronto.
